Foods in containers are surrounded with ice to keep cold next to grill station for breakfast
Hot holding unit (for lunch) is turned on but no food is stored until lunch time (now 9:30am)

Retail area:
Display sandwich/salad cooler: 0.0oC
Undercounter cooler (next to display cooler): 3.8oC (turned on but not in use)
Beverage cooler: 4oC
Ice-cream chest freezer: -18.6oC
Creamers are noted on ice

Temperature log is maintained
Hot and cold running water available
Liquid handsoap and paper towel present at all handwashing stations
General sanitation is satisfactory
