- 200ppm Quats available throughout the facility in spray bottles and in sanitizer buckets for food contact surfaces
- Low temperature chlorine dishwasher reached 50ppm chlorine at plate surface
- Walk in cooler was 4C or lower
- Walk in freezer located inside the walk in cooler was -18C or lower
- Preparation line coolers were 4C or lower
- Rice cooker was 60C or greater
- Hot holding unit reached 60C or greater
- Food storage practices were good - have labels throughout the facility and are used accurately
- No evidence of pest activity was observed during inspection
