Cutlery is rented from a third party for catering events. Facility is only approved for washing cooking utensils

Facility is monitored by a professional pest control company every two weeks

note: handsink in the middle of the unit (past the 3 compartment sink) did not have cold water supply. Repair the sink and ensure that all sinks are stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water.
