309 - Chemicals, cleansers, & similar agents stored or labeled improperly [s. 27]
Observation: A spray bottle labelled "J 512 Sanitizer" had santiizer solution that was too strong.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to dispense the food contact santiizer as per procedure suggested by the chemical manufacturer. Test strips must be onsite to test the sanitizer before using. Must be within 150-300 ppm.
Ensure all spray bottles of cleaners and santiizers are labelled accurately.
