Follow-Up inspection: -Back handsink fully supplied with hot & cold water, liquid soap and paper towel -Prep cooler still not fixed - Will be getting new prep cooler within 1 month *** Continue to keep PHFs (ex.coleslaw) out of prep cooler until new cooler is installed and able to maintain <= 4 C -Egg tart FSP has been emailed to EHO -Service call made about hole in front side wall. *** Email EHO when hole is repaired - Must be repaired within 1 month. -EHO business card provided ***Raw chicken/ cooked chicken prep area still needs to be designated - Inform EHO when area and equipment is dedicated for this food prep.
