-Prep cooler still not fixed - Will be getting new prep cooler within 1 month
*** Continue to keep PHFs (ex.coleslaw) out of prep cooler until new cooler is installed and able to maintain <= 4 C
-Egg tart FSP has been emailed to EHO
-Service call made about hole in front side wall.
*** Email EHO when hole is repaired - Must be repaired within 1 month.
