Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hydrogen peroxide observed in sanitizer buckets to sanitize food contact surfaces. Original bottle indicated the sanitizer to be rinsed after disinfection.
Corrective Action(s): Do not use hydrogen peroxide as food contact sanitizer. Use QUATs sanitizer buckets to measure at 200ppm. All food contact sanitizer must not have a post rinse step.

Observation: Around fountain drink nozzles observed to have built-up of syrup.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize aformentioned area. Ensure fountain drink machine nozzles and around the nozzles to be cleaned daily. Corrected by: March 12, 2024.

Comments

Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towel. Staff replace paper towel at time of inspection.
QUATs dispenser measured at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available for manual warewashing.
Prep cooler, under counter cooler, walk-in cooler, and stand-up cooler measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezer and under counter freezer measured at -18C or lower. Hot-holding units measured at 60C or higher.
No signs of pests observed.

TO DO:
-Purchase digital timer for fries to be time tracked. Corrected by: March 21, 2024.
-Use stand timer for chicken display. At time of inspection, store did not use timer system for chicken to be discarded at 1 hour.


Overall, facility is well organized.
