Routine Inspection Coolers at 4 C or below. Freezers at -18 C or below. Hot holding units being preheated at the time of inspection. 2 compartment sink equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use towels. Additional large tub filled with 200 ppm bleach for sanitizing. Ensure dishes are air dried. Quats at 200 ppm available for surface sanitizing. Cloth stored in solution. Discussed cooking temperatures - all meats are cooked/reheated to 74 C/165 F. Temperature logs are available. Cooler temperature logs maintained. **Permit to Operate not posted - please email hpbilling@fraserhealth.ca to obtain a new copy of permit. Permit must be posted in a conspicuous location. **Note: the doors of the sliding door coolers are not in good condition - they will need to be replaced if it becomes too difficult to close them or if the temperature is not being maintained at 4 C or below.
