Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Corn dogs were not covered in the upright cooler.
2. Scoop inside breading container not stored in a sanitary manner.


Corrective Action(s): 1. Cover corn dogs to protect from contamination. Operator covered corn dogs during inspection.
2. Ensure scoop handles do not come into contact with any foods. To prevent cross-contamination, operator stored scoop in a sanitary manner.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Upright freezer cooler and pop cooler lack accurate thermometers.

Corrective Action(s): Ensure accurate thermometer are available to verify cooler and freezer temperatures. Operator installed thermometers during inspection.
