C -Slide door coolers @ 4 deg. C or less -Handsink fully equipped with liquid soap & paper towel -Hot/cold water supply available -Bleach water @ 100 ppm Cl detected. Prepare fresh bleach water daily. -3-comp dishwashing sink fully equipped -Ensure all serving utensils are single use. *To do list: 1) Relocate the ice machine beside entrance 2) Provide tongs for each inserts to prevent cross-contamination 3) Remove not in use items.
