Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Unpackaged fish was observed displayed directly on ice.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure fish is placed on food grade materials prior to being placed on the ice and that it is covered in food grade materials to prevent customers from coughing/sneezing onto it. The store manager had staff cover the fish with food grade materials.
