Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-C6UW35:

- Surface sanitizer available at 100ppm chlorine concentration. Wiping rags stored inside.
- All handwashing stations equipped with paper towels, soap, and hot/cold running water.
- Foods stored mostly covered with lids/plastic wraps.
- General sanitation has improved. Areas noted in the previous inspection report cleaned.
- Refrigeration units equipped with working thermometers.
- Daily temperature log must include freezers and coolers. This will be checked during the next routine inspection.
