- Low temperature dishwasher dispensed 50 ppm chlorine sanitizer. Chlorine test strips available for monitoring daily (ie. morning).
- Most food items are covered with lids or plastic wrap. Observed bucket of sauce uncovered in the walk in freezer. Cover all food items.
- The ceiling tile above the hallway near the washrooms has been installed.
