Handsink was supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
Cooler was at or below 4 degrees C.
Freezer was at or below -18 degrees C.
Dishwasher final rinse temperature was 71 degrees C or hotter (74.9 degrees C) at the plate.
100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available in the labelled spray bottle.
Sanitizer is changed daily in the spray bottle according to staff.
No signs of recent pest activity were evident at the time of inspection.
This facility had undertaken a FOODSAFE Level 1 group course from Fraser Health this year.
Several FOODSAFE Level 1 training certificates were available in a binder at the facility.

Garage Area:
Cooler was at or below 4 degrees C (40 degrees F).
Freezers were at or below -18 degrees C (0 degrees F).

Upstairs kitchen:
Handsink was adequately supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
Cooler was at 3.4 degrees C (4 degrees C or less).
Freezer component was at -20 degrees C (-18 degrees C or less).
100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available in the labelled spray bottle.
All dishes are ware-washed in the downstairs dishwasher.
Storage cabinets, floor, and surfaces were in a clean condition.
