Follow-up Inspection Conducted Observations: - Dishwasher has been repaired to dispense 100 ppm chlorine concentration. Chlorine concentration measured with test strip - Operator has replaced both chlorine and QUATS chemical test strips - good! - Hand washing station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel - General sanitation of premise is satisfactory - No signs of pests during time of inspection *NOTE: ensure all staff is trained on testing dishwasher and food contact surface chemicals (chlorine and QUATS sanitizer) at least once per day with available test strips on site (or as per approved sanitation plan) Notes: - No signature required due to COVID - Inspection report will be emailed to the operator Please contact the health inspector for any questions or concerns.
