No hot holding.
Raw and ready-to-eat food properly organized. Prepared food is covered and dated. Reviewed preparation and cooling procedures.
Thermometers available for cold holding units. Temperature logs up-to-date.
Hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels in place for hand washing.
Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer available at 200 ppm in labeled spray bottles and from chemical dispenser.
High temperature dishwasher measured 71 degrees C or more at the utensil surface during the final rinse.
Equipment and utensils in sanitary condition. General sanitation good.
No signs of pest activity were observed at the time of inspection.
Note: Floor has been resurfaced since the previous health inspection. Floor appears smooth and suitable for the intended purpose. In addition, plastic sink located between the preparation and concession area has been replaced with a stainless steel sink. No change in sink location.
