Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted Food items stored in the hot holding units were at least 60C or above. All cooler units were 4C or below Stand up freezer was at -18C. hand washing station satisfactory. 3-compartment sink was setup. Sanitizing compartment was filled with a 200ppm quats solution. All food items properly covered and stored at least 6 inches off the ground. General sanitation satisfactory. Operator has an on-going contract with pest control company. No pest activity noted.
