Follow up Inspection: The old freezer below -18 degrees C was replaced with a new commercial freezer that was maintained at --18 degrees C (0 degrees F) or colder (actual temperature: -25 degrees C). Staff mentioned that the thermometer inside the unit broke however they check it with the digital thermometer on the unit and a probe thermometer. Please maintain daily temperature records for the refrigeration units. Thank you for making improvements.
