Observation: The front bar has been expanded on the left hand side and a sushi bar has been added on the right hand side. The sushi bar is not currently operational.
Corrective Action(s): Submit floor plans for the entire establishment to Fraser Health within 2 weeks for approval. Once the renovations have been completed, schedule an inspection for approval for these areas.

Observation: The bar dishwasher is not currently operational. The operator stated that there was an issue with the power supply to the dishwasher. There is another dishwasher in the kitchen that is operational.
Corrective Action(s): Follow up inspection within 2 weeks.

Comments

-Submit an updated business plan for the renovated front areas with information on the proposed foods and drinks that will be prepared there.
-No new menu items have been added.

All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Invoices available on site for fish used in sushi dishes.
Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
Bleach sanitizer was at 100 ppm.
The kitchen dishwasher reached 73 C at the plate level.
No evidence of pests. A pest control company is coming on site monthly.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
