Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed vegetable dicer and can opener in the back with dried food debris on them.
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to clean and sanitize the noted equipment. Education provided that all equipment should be properly cleaned and sanitized soon after being used. Operator cleaned and sanitized both at the time of inspection

-Hot and cold running water available at all sinks
-All coolers at 4 C or lower; all freezers at -18 C or lower; hot held foods on the stove at 60 C or higher
-High temperature dishwasher in good working order; detected 72 C at plate level after final rinse cycle
-Dry storage, clean plates/utensils storage satisfactory.
-Chlorine sanitizer available and in use; detected 200 ppm of residual chlorine from spray bottle. Regular and frequent cleaning should be conducted; before and after use.
-Colour coded cutting boards are used
-Ice machine maintained in sanitary condition
-Washrooms maintained in sanitary condition
-No sign of pests noted at the time of inspection
