Facility sells mostly raw produce.
Coolers with pre-packaged potentially hazardous food (raw poultry, eggs, and meat) were at or below 4 degrees C.
Freezers with frozen potentially hazardous food were at or below -18 degrees C.
Pest control program via Abell was in place on a monthly basis with the most recent service performed on May 18, 2018.
Raw poultry, eggs, and meat are obtained from Fraser Valley Specialty Poultry.
Receipt was shown that indicated that the dry pre-packaged food was obtained from Sei Ying Trading Company LTD located at 1624 West 75th Ave Vancouver B.C..
It was reviewed that all food must be obtained from approved sources.
200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available in the spray bottle and dispenser.
Handsinks in the washrooms were adequately supplier.
