Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach concentration in sanitizer bottle measured less than 50ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that bleach sanitizer solution is made daily. Use 5mL unscented household bleach in 2.5L of water. Staff made new sanitizer at the time of inspection, measuring 100ppm chlorine.
