Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Meat department meat display trays that are long and bulky are stored on the floor next to other cleaning equipment, aprons.
Corrective Action(s): Re-organize storage rack and place trays onto the rack. Food contact surfaces need to be protected from contamination and not stored on the ground. Wash and sanitize these racks before use.

Microwave has a piece of tape to fix crack and plastic above the hinge.
Pieces of paper taped on walk in cooler doors and walls are peeling, crumbling and falling off.

Grocery:
Milk loading area: curtain is worn down and torn in several places.

Back loading area:
Storage of plywood and other items that do not appear clean or of cleanable surface.

Remove tape, fix or replace microwave.

Quat sanitizer >200ppm in sinks and spray bottles throughout the store.
Multiple spray bottles at the back. Monitor and test and refresh on regular basis.
All areas generally acceptable sanitation.
Back storage does not have excessive clutter or boxes.
Washroom generally clean (for public use).
Hand wash stations adequately supplied with soap and paper towel in dispensers, hot and cold running water.
Operators in meat department was observed to wash hands before handling items.
