Observation: * Several bulk food containers were broken and lids missing-- so that food not protected from contamination; operator said they have extra bulk containers to replace broken ones
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure ALL bulk food containers in proper working order and lids not cracked/broken to protect foods from contamination

* Freezer units were -18'C or colder; noted that Kulfi ice cream was from "Yummy Kulfi" business
* Cold-holding units were 4'C/40'F or colder
* Hand washing sink area in back room had liquid soap and paper towels; install paper towel dispenser at this sink area
* NOTE: some bulk containers were missing lids, etc and require replacemnet
* NOTE: some cleaning to be done in areas where build up of grime/debris evident
* NOTE: outside areas require more organization and removal of stuff not for business
