Comments

-Follow-up inspection to August 18, 2023.
-Pizza cooler was serviced and new thermostat was installed. Cooler was at 4C (top and bottom).
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Reviewed BCCDC Guidelines regarding donairs (emailed August 21, 2023). Donair meat must undergo a secondary cook step after shaving from the cone, prior to hot holding. Staff stated there is no cone leftover at the end of the night.
-Bleach sanitizing solution was at 100ppm to 200ppm.
-Backdoor was close at the time of inspection.
-Unable to confirm if operator has registered for FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent training.
-Operator must obtain shatter shield or light sleeves for light fixtures in the food preparation areas.
