Observation: The store did not have any food surface sanitizer available for use.
Corrective Action(s): Obtain an approved food surface sanitizer to clean and sanitize equipment such as cappuccino machine. Approved sanitizer include 100 ppm - 200 ppm bleach (1 teaspoon of bleach mixed with 1 liter of water) or 200 ppm quaternary ammonium. Correct by: May 24, 2019.
