Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # JTAG-CHLUJK of Aug-24-2022 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Food grade sanitizer not prepared or in use at the time of inspection. Correction: Operator to ensure a food grade sanitizer is prepared fresh daily at 100ppm chlorine. A mild chlorine solution can be made using 1/2 teaspoon (2.5mL) of 5.25% unscented bleach to 1 liter of water. Routine inspection conducted. -Hanwash station is fully equipped with liquid soap, hot/cold running water, and hot hand dryer. -All cooler units are at or below 4C. *One stand-up cooler is currently being serviced. No food in cooler* -All freezer units are in working condition. -Hot holding units are able to hold food at 60C -High temperature dishwasher is able to achieve 71C at plate level -Bleach sanitizer solution in spray bottle is available and achieves 100ppm chlorine -Dry storage is satisfactory - after correction -No signs of pest activity. Pest control is scheduled monthly *Temporary Application Forms dropped off at secretary for Vaisakhi Nagar Kirtan 2023. Announcement to be made*
