Comments

Routine inspection conducted:
-Handwash stations adequately supplied.
NOTE: Ensure to replenish paper towels immediately once empty.
-Refrigeration temperatures satisfactory.
-100ppm chlorine solution available in a bucket to hold wiping cloths.
-General food storage practice in coolers/freezers satisfactory. Dry storage area satisfactory.
-No evidence of pest activity observed. All foods stored in pest proof containers.
-Washroom handsinks satisfactory. General sanitation satisfactory but can be improved by cleaning hard to reach areas on a more regular basis (i.e floors behind/underneath chest freezers and storage shelves at the back).

Follow-up inspection will be conducted tomorrow at ~12:00pm. It is owner's responsibility to contact the health inspector 604)897-7634 to reschedule.

Until approved by the health inspector, do not use the dishwasher for any dishwashing, but manual dishwashing should be followed. (wash with soap and water at 45'C --> soaked in 200ppm chlorine solution for 2 minutes at minimum--> air dry)
