Code 209 Corrected. Buckets with ginger removed from staff washroom. Ensure food is stored in a sanitary location.
Code 309 Improvements noted in regards to sanitation.
1. Ovens and ventilation hood cleaned
2. Hand sink handles cleaned - area around sink will require on-going cleaning,
3. Wall next to oven and cooler unit cleaned,
4. Back storage area improvements noted - recommend shelving to assist with spacing.
Code 307 Corrected. Cardboard and rice bag packaging removed from countertops and surfaces. Kitchen liner for surfaces purchased for use if needed.
