2. Under cooking equipment as discussed
3. Can opener at front prep area
4. Remove cardboard as requested
5. Be sure to maintain pass through area in a clean and sanitary manner - any personal items/maintenance items to be stored elsewhere (i.e. keys, box cutter, tape measure, etc.)
6. Light covers still required - suggest using tubes/sleeves if cant find plastic sheet covers.
7. Minor cleaning in walk-in
8. Seal shelves in walk-in made of bare wood.

Temp logs have not been started yet- be sure to start these ASAP and have ready for next routine inspection.
