302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: No sanitizer in spray bottle readily available for use. The spray bottle labelled "Perdiem" is emptied. Window cleaner with vinegar formula has been used for all surfaces. Corrective Action(s): Please obtain a clean spray bottle and fill with 200ppm Quats for surface sanitizer. Use test strips to verify 200ppm concentration. Do not use the exisitng "Window Clean" to wipe tables/freezers, use on windows only. Violation Score: 5

All freezers at -18 to -21C Temperature logs are up to date Handsink in the back and washroom are equipped with soap, paper towel, hot & cold running water Two compartment sinks operational Quats sanitizer available onsite - requires manual mixing when water is passed through Back area still remain as staff use No evidence of sampling observed, both tables are used to display products only No apparent signs of pest noted during time of inspection Adequate food storage observed General sanitation: good ***Facility still approved as selling prepackaged food products only, no handling/processing of food permitted at this time. In order to start sampling program, please submit proposed floor plans (proper version) to City of Burnaby/FHA for review.
