Observation:
- Total Alkalinity measured at 230ppm.
Corrective Action(s):
- TA exceedingly high. Adjust the TA level to be in between 80 - 120ppm.

Observation:
- Observed floating weirs stuck at the bottom for both skimmers.
- REPEAT VIOLATION - men's washroom handsink is not working. Operator stated that the battery is out for the automated sensor.
Corrective Action(s):
- Floating weirs were manually un-stuck by hand at the time of inspection - however they are very prone to being stuck as the panel approaches the bottom. Replace the weirs to adequately sized ones that do not get stuck & provide appropriate coverage.

Combined chlorine (CC): 0.2ppm
pH: 7.8
Total Alkalinity (TA): 230ppm. *Note violation coded above. This value is too high.
Water temperature: 39C.

- General sanitation is good.
- All handwashing stations (except men's washroom - *note violation coded above) supplied with cold/hot running water, soap, paper towels.
- Hot water temperature from men's shower head did not exceed 38C.
- Water clarity is satisfactory. Two main drains pattern visible.
- Flow rate meter in working condition - flow rate observed at 275LPM/70GPM.
- Handrails are secure.
- Pool rules posted.
- Water fountain and clock available.
- Pool records are maintained. Building caretaker tests 2X a day.
- Trip test satisfactory for underwater light. - Pool underwater light currently out of order.
- Maintenance done by Imperial Paddocks.

Operator stated that the main drains covers were replaced before Covid. Hot tub was closed during Covid.
Letter regarding suction hazard & main drain replacement was hand-delivered to the operator.

Until the follow up inspection, operator to prepare the following:
- Pool data sheet with main drain information (make/model, size of the free opening) - refer to the templates on pg 51 - 53 of the Guide and Pool Safety Plan for Pool Operators
- Confirm all information written on the pg 9 of the Pool Safety Plan. Clarify the missing units for the values.
- Approximate date when the main drain was replaced.
