304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)] Observation: Rodent droppings were observed along the dry storage area. Facility is currently serviced by a pest control operator on a monthly basis. Corrective Action(s): Inspect the facility daily for rodent droppings and clean and sanitize all affected areas using bleach sanitizer. Contact your pest control operator as needed. To prevent pest infestation ensure the following are carried out: seal any potential entry points with steel wool, maintain the facility in a clean and sanitary condition, store foods in pest proof containers, remove garbage/organics from the facility daily, and remove standing water. -Facility offers cut fruits and baked goods. -Refrigerator/freezer was at 2C/-18C. -Domestic NSF 184 dishwasher used for cleaning and sanitizing utensils and dishware. -Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. -Bleach sanitizer spray bottle labelled and tested at 200ppm.
