Follow-up Inspection conducted today for report#JCHY-C49TWB.
All infractions in report#JCHY-C49TWB have been corrected.
-Maximum occupancy limit of 35 indicated in the COVID-19 Safety Plan (i.e.: Communicable Disease Plan).
-Customer contact information collected for contact tracing purposes.
-Daily health check of staff conducted and documented.
-Dough roller and can opener blade in sanitary condition.
-Chlorine-based sanitizer bucket at the front of house measured at 100ppm.
-Buckets of sauces in the walk-in cooler and sauces/chicken stored in the under counter cooler are all covered to protect from cross-contamination. Walk-in cooler and under counter coolers measured at 4C.
-Floors underneath the equipment at the gas stove area is in sanitary condition.
