Follow-up inspection conducted for inspection report# KLAI-CKCRFF 200 ppm chlorine residual detected in the bleach sanitizer spray bottle. Hot an cold running water, paper towel and liquid soap available in the staff washroom. All bulk food for customer to self-dispense are all stored protected, with lids. System is now in place for changing the in-use scoops for customers to self-dispense bulk food items. Floor in the back of house noted in a sanitary condition. Operator has her FOODSAFE level 1 equivalent certificate available. Outstanding violations that still require correction and will be assessed during the next routine inspection: 2-compartment sink in the front of house is still not draining properly - to be fixed this weekend. Two refrigeration units still not functioning, holding temperature at 4C or less. No cold potentially hazardous food products are stored within these refrigeration units. Only hard cheeses noted in one of the refrigeration units (reading at around 10C).
