Comments

- Pest control has been hired on contract, no new mice droppings noted at time of inspection. Continue with pest control until mice have all been caught then continue to monitor.
- holes in walls have been repaired
- Cleaning has been done on floors, walls, and all surfaces. Professional cleaners have been in for the ventilation system.
- Food appeared to be stored in safe and sanitary manner
- All commercial containers have been replaced with food grade reusable containers
- Much improved from last inspection, keep up efforts!
