FS trained staff on duty. -Temp of all coolers and freezer satisfactory -Quats sanitizer >200ppm -Paper towel and liquid soap are provided at hand wash sink -Temp of hot holding untis >60 o C -Temp log sheet is up todate -Hand sink is accessible , liquid soap and paper towel are provided -General sanitation is ok -Personal hygiene observed satisfactory **Ensure to sanitize all surfaces prior to food prep **Ensure to seal any opening or gap around piping ( as noted by Pest control report) **maintain sanitation and monitor the facility daily.
