Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quats sanitizing bucket used to sanitize dough mixer measured with a concentration of less than 50ppm. Sanitizing dispenser above the mop sink not working properly and dispensing less than 50 ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Discard the solution in the bucket and refill at the sanitizing dispenser at the 2 compartment sink. Clean and sanitize the dough mixer again with the fresh quats sanitizer.

Observation: 1. Leaking pipe at the 2 compartment sink and one of the compartment was not being used.
2. Sanitizer dispenser above the mob sink was dispensing less than 50 ppm quats solution.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Operator stated the leak had been fixed and the compartment can not be used for 24 hours until the glue is fixed.
2. Service / remove the sanitizer dispenser above the mob sink. The dispenser must be able to dispense 200ppm quats solution. Correct by: Nov 30, 2022.

Observation: In operator's absence, no staff on duty has a valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate or equivalent. This is a repeated violation.
Corrective Action(s): Register at least one staff for FOODSAFE Level 1 course or equivalent. One staff on duty must have a valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate or equivalent during operation. Future violation will result enforcement actions such as Violation Tickets. Correct by: Dec 23, 2022.

- General sanitation satisfactory.
- No pest activities observed at the time.
