Bar cooler - no milk.
Hand washing stations in kitchen, staff washroom, and bar area have liquid soap and paper towels.
No hot holding today.
Chlorine bleach is available to sanitize food contact surfaces and food equipment.
Dishwasher has a final hot water sanitizing rinse.
Keep copies of fish receipts on-site.
Entire kitchen has been re-painted and cleaned.
Organic waste storage and disposal was reviewed previously in August (August 4 & 14, 2017). Waste fish is being stored frozen until pick up.
