- Presoaked noodles stored inside cooler at 4C.
- Surface sanitizer available in designated bucket at 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration.
- All cutting boards for food preparation stored on shelves, in sanitary condition.
- Main handwash station supplied with single use paper towels stored in dispenser.
- Updated Food Safety Plan and Sanitation Plan have been submitted to the health inspector. Presoaking of dry noodles done in large bins or buckets, not directly inside the cleaning sink.
- New ice machine and upright cooler with sliding door will be installed shortly. Equipment list updated.
