Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # LORN-BA7Q5P of Mar-12-2019 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Dishwasher final rinse is not hot enough to sanitize. Internal temperature only reached 65C, temperature gauge on rinse cylcle is reading 125-130F. Correction: Repair dishwasher by March 14th. Rinse cycle must reach 180F (82C) on the temperature gauge. Until dishwasher is repaired, you can wash dishes in the machine, and sanitize manually in the sink. Soak dishes in 100ppm bleach sanitizer water for 2 minutes before air drying.

Cooler measured 71C internally at dish surface, but temperature gauge on rinse cycle doesn't appear to be working properly. Please have dishwasher serviced.
