Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Spray bottle of sanitizer has evaporized and is measured with 0ppm bleach. Staff says they replace the sanitizer when the bottle is emptied.
Corrective Action(s): Please refill the sanitizer bottle at least once a week and use test strip onsite to verify if there is 100ppm bleach sanitizer, otherwise refresh the bottle.
