Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dairy observed stored in cooler that is not working. Milk/cream probed at 9C. Ambient temperautre measure 7-8C.
Log has been reading 7-8C for all of March.
Corrective Action(s): All potentially hazardous food has been discarded, milk/cream/cakes that have cream cheese/dairy.

Observation: Double door cooler measure 7-8C ambient temperature. Milk/cream probed at 9C.
Corrective Action(s): Currently, active time tracking must be in place. Max 2hours of potentially hazardous food storage (milk/cream/opened alternative milks). Please mark time when item is taken out of the other working cooler when placing in this cooler.
Please have technician service cooler. Cooler must maintain 4C and below at all times.

Comments

- Handwashing station fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, paper towels.
- All coolers, except the one mentioned above, measure 4C and below
- All freezers measure -18C and below
- High temperature dishwasher measure 71C at final rinse at plate level.
- QUAT sanitizer measure 200ppm in spray bottles
- No signs of pests, professional pest control routinely checks facility.

Note:
- Temperatures checked daily and logged.
>>> Coolers must have a temperature of 4C and below. Please do corrective actions when cooler is above 4C.
>>> Bar double door uncounter cooler logged at 7-8C for all of March.
>>> This is unacceptable. Potentially hazardous foods must be removed from cooler and technician must be called in when temperatures are reading higher than 4C.
