Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Found condensed milk sitting out at room temperature in an opened can.
Corrective Action(s): Once condensed milk is opened must be placed into washable container, and stored in the cooler.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer was made up at time of inspection, staff advised only sanitize at the beginning and end of day. Once sanitizer was made up was in excess of 400 ppm quat.
Corrective Action(s): Must ensure all food contact surfaces are sanitized throughout the day (i.e. every 4 hours). Keep wiping rags in sanitizer and not on counter between uses. Follow directions on container for sanitizer, (1 cap per 4 litres water), was 200 ppm quat.

- Hand sink had liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold water
- Dishwasher had a final rinse of 94 C at the gauge and 73 C at the plate
- No signs of pest activity noted during inspection.
- General sanitation is satisfactory
