Routine inspection, also in follow up to a complaint received through Duty Line.
Tongs used on food are to be separate by food type. One set of tongs to be used for seafood, another set to be used for meats and another set to be used for vegetables exclusively. Operator will remind staff of procedure to prevent food cross contamination (seafood allergy concerns). If a staff is notified of a seafood allergy, customer should be advised of risk of possible contamination.
