Routine inspection.
Note: kitchen is only used 2-3 times/week.
Handwashing station is equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
Fridge is at 3c.
Freezer is at -23c.
Hot holding unit is not in operation during time of inspection.
Dishwasher is not in operation at this time.
Note: All foods are dispensed/served in single use disposable utensils and plates.
All foods are located off the floor.
Chemicals are being stored separately from food items.
Overall sanitation is adequate.
Bleach water is available for sanitizing.
