Observation: Dairy walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer floors were dirty.
Corrective Action(s): Dairy walk-in cooler floor requires thorough cleaning (especially underneath the shelving units) as there are milk spills and stains that have not been removed. Walk-in freezer floor requires thoroughly sweeping.

Wine section has been created in this store. Sink installed as well as a high temp dishwasher for the glasses.
Ensure to install liquid soap and paper towels in dispensers prior to opening to the public.
