Routine Inspection Conducted

Observations:

1. Temperatures:
- All coolers at or below 4'C
- All freezers at or below -18'C
- Hot-held rice kept at >60'C
- Proper cooling and thawing procedures observed by staff during inspection. Frozen foods observed in the original packaging thawing under running water. Cooled quinoa observed stored in an ice bath for <2 hours and stored in the cooler once probed at 20'C or less within 2 hours - good!

2. Sanitation:
- General sanitation is good during inspection
- Hand washing stations supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- High-temperature dishwasher measured at 82'C at plate surface (above minimum of 71'C)
- 3-compartment sink available with drain plugs
- In-use rice scoop changed every hour
- Ice machine observed in sanitary condition
- No signs of pests during time of inspection

NOTE: QUATS strips on site are expired. Expired test strips may not be accurate at verifying the Ensure to obtain new test strips which are not expired prior to the next inspection. Test strips must be available on site at all times to verify sanitizer concentration at least daily (or as per approved sanitation plan).

3. Storage:
- All food stored at least 6 inches off the floor
- All food observed covered
- Chemicals stored away from food

4. Administration:
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff available on site
- Operating permit visible at front service area
