-Follow-up inspection to June 26, 2020. -Walk-in cooler has been serviced and was at 4C. -Quats sanitizer dispenser is being run for approximately 5 seconds to allow concentrate to dispense properly. Sanitizer spray bottle was tested at 200ppm. -Did not find any mouldy foods in the facility at the time of inspection. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Operator signature not required at this time due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
