Corrective Action(s): Do not store utensils in a manner that the handles are touching the food.

Observation: Staff on duty was new and she has not taken the Food Safe 1 training.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure at least one staff on duty at all times has Food safe 1 certification. This has been noted in previous inspection.

Hand sink stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
Sanitizer (quats) measured 200 ppm.
Walk-in cooler was at or below 4 deg C.
Upright freezer was at or below -18 deg C.
Rice cooker - rice measured 92 deg C.
All food and food related items were stored properly.
Prep line cooler was at 3 deg C.
Hot holding for meat, beans, etc was above 60 deg C.
Display prep cooler was below 4 deg C (internal temp of food products).
Temperature log was available and up to date.
Staff had clean uniform and hair restraint.
Washrooms were in sanitary condition.
Overall sanitation was satisfactory at time of visit.
No signs of pests noted.
