Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Produce cooler was at 8 deg C initially during inspection. By end of inspection, produce cooler had returned to less than 4 deg C.
Corrective Action(s): Keep front door closed as this may contribute to increase temperatuer in your open produce cooler which is directly by your front door. Monitor your coolers daily to ensure that they are all operating at 4 deg C or less.

Routine inspection conducted, food store only
Handsink in back area equipped with liquid soap, hot/cold running water, and paper towels (put paper towels back in dispenser instead of leaving the roll out)
-2 compartment sink in back area with bleach available to sanitize scoops
-Ensure to keep back area organized
-Apart from produce cooler, all other coolers were able to maintain 4 deg C or less
-All Freezers at or -18 deg C or less
-Lights available outside walk in cooler area to facilitate cleaning underneath the dry storage racks in the back area
-Store maintained in sanitary condition, foods are stored off floors
-No signs of pests at time of inspection

Follow up inspection to be conducted
